The chic sun deck with a limited number of luxe double daybeds was delightful. It was like finding a hidden oasis in a bustling city, where I could sip on my favorite cocktail and savor sumptuous bites while soaking in the mesmerizing sea views. It felt like a slice of paradise right in the heart of the city.

Absolutely loved the spacious bedroom with a stunning city view. Top-notch amenities and service. The beach was quiet and pleasant, unlike those noisy water parks that others have. Oh, and breakfast was a feast of healthy options, which I devoured.

Oh, right, I forgot to mention. the reception's goal is to extract as much cash from me as possible.

We recently had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental. The housekeeping was excellent, the staff was wonderfully organized and friendly. Special thanks to Miss Gina, Miss Eunice, Mr Hugo, Mr Vicram, and Miss Sangi for their warm conversations and excellent service. The beach location was great, and the poolside staff, especially Gaurav, Lucas, and Stephen. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with state-of-the-art facilities and a breathtaking sea view. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel's atmosphere is perfect, with a wonderful style. The rooms are enormous and beautiful, with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The housekeeping service is exceptional, cleaning the room twice a day. The staff at the beach and pool are helpful with towels and water. The breakfast selection is outstanding, with attentive staff who are willing to accommodate special requests. The Club Lounge team, especially Anne and Michellan, provide a great experience for guests. The restaurants, Netsu and Tasca, offer top-notch food and a great atmosphere. the hotel competes with high-end chains and the facilities are amazing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with luxurious amenities. the staff was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, modern and well-equipped with a beautiful view of the sea. the outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers and beach access was incredible.

The spa could use some improvements, the jacuzzi water overflowed and was slippery to walk around. But overall, this hotel satisfied all our luxurious needs and we had an enjoyable stay.

I always choose this place. The staff helped my old parents sweetly on my first stay. It suits me perfectly. On-site car park, 24-hour service, rooftop pool, beach access, fitness centre. I'm coming back for Easter.

We stayed at a hotel with a perfect beach location. We enjoyed some of the best restaurants in the area, including Netsu restaurant. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious.

Some details needed improvement, such as the long wait time for check-in and check-out.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were all so friendly, polite, and professional. Every single person I encountered had a positive attitude and made me feel welcome. The facilities were great and everything was kept very clean. The attention to detail, like the amenities in the room, was excellent. The variety and quality of the room service food were excellent. the service and atmosphere were perfect!

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. The check-in process took longer than expected, and there was some confusion with room assignments.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who escorted me to my luxurious room. the amenities here were exclusive and exceeded my expectations. the room's elegant decor and comfortable furnishings made for a relaxing stay. the private balcony overlooking the sea was a highlight. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the included breakfast was delicious. the location is perfect for those wanting to explore the nearby shops and restaurants.

Our family had an amazing time at the Hollywood-inspired theme park within easy reach of the hotel. The kids were thrilled to explore themed areas and attractions based on their favorite animation movies. The tour of the old souk, spice market, and the gold souk provided us with a fascinating insight into the locals' day-to-day lives and the rich culture of Dubai.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

The hotel's decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior folks. The charming furniture and earthy textures create a unique ambiance that feels comfortable and full of life. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people is excellent, with easy navigation and comfortable seating areas in the general spaces.

The only thing I would ask for is a more attentive service from the children working there to ensure a truly seamless and relaxing vacation experience for senior guests.

I loved the breakfast at the Club lounge, especially the customizable mains with so many options to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. I had a bit of a confusion with my bill, but it was resolved quickly by the reception staff. I will recommend Mandarin Oriental for a pleasant stay.
